Originally from Doylestown PA, now based out of New York City, Lucas Ebeling is one of today’s finest young musicians. Lucas plays a wide variety of music which allows him to maintain an active and versatile performance schedule. He has performed in renowned venues both nationally and internationally along side Grammy Award winning artists. He recently recorded his debut album of original jazz music in Paris, France which is set to be released in early 2023. In NYC Lucas leads his own group that performs both publicly and privately.

Notable Performances Include: Governor's Ball NYC, Birdland NYC, Blue Note NYC, American Museum of Natural History, The Django, NuBlu, Rockwood Music Hall, American Theatre of Actors Inc. (Off-Broadway), Telluride Jazz Festival, Denver's Dazzle Jazz Club, New Orlean's Jazz Educators Conference, Paris' Duc Des Lombards, WRTI Philadelphia, Clef Club of Philadelphia, Kimmel Center, Chris's Jazz Cafe.

Lucas grew up in a musical household and started playing the drums at 10 years old, learning by jamming in his dad's punk-rock band and then forming his own metal band. At 16, Lucas shifted his focus and began playing professional jazz gigs in the Philadelphia area. During this time, he learned from and was mentored by Philadelphia musicians, Larry Tamanini, Mike Boone and Byron Landham. By age 18, Lucas left home to attend New York University as an Honors Scholar. At NYU he studied music with jazz royalty Lenny White, Billy Drummond and Alan Broadbent.
